Galloway NYC Running Club is a diverse club with members of all ages, backgrounds, and running goals. All paces are represented, no runner is too fast or too slow. We use the run-walk-run method popularized by Olympian Jeff Galloway, which inserts walk breaks at strategic intervals in our runs. This builds brief recovery periods right into the run and helps us keep a consistent pace while remaining injury-free.
Runners frequently report running better and faster with the strategic use of walk breaks. We run on Saturdays and Wednesdays throughout the year, but our official season is May-December.
