What is your proudest coaching moment?
It brings me great happiness to hear runners express how I've inspired them to get out and run or to receive feedback after a race such as, "Your words kept me going." Knowing that I've made a positive impact as a running coach fills me with a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment in my role.

What is your favorite workout to coach and why?
While I don't have a specific favorite workout, I believe that all workouts serve their purpose. However, if I were to choose one, it would be the tempo run. This is because it aligns well with my current goals, preferences, and fitness level.
