2024 NYRR Club Night

Grab your friends, running partners, and teammates and get your tickets for the 43rd annual NYRR Club Night, returning to the Grand Ballroom at Manhattan Center (311 West 34th Street). We'll be honoring the best runners and teams in New York City as well as celebrating the power of running. Spend this fun night together with New York Road Runners and inspire people of all ages who love to run.

The evening begins with food and drink from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., during which team awards will be presented and photos will be taken of the winning teams. Following that will be the awards presentation to honor the best age-group performers of 2023 and special award winners. The night concludes with lively dancing (a great workout!) until 10:00 p.m.

All are invited to join in this celebratory event, a New York Road Runners tradition since 1980. Step out of your sneakers and into festive attire and join us at the Grand Ballroom at Manhattan Center on February 15!

Please note:

• You must be 21 or older to attend this event; there will be a separate youth awards event in the spring.
• There is a two-table limit per club. Any club wishing to purchase more than two tables can email clubnight@nyrr.org to be added to the waitlist.

Evening Agenda

• Cocktail hour: 6:00–7:30 p.m.
• Team award photos (during cocktail hour): 6:30–7:30 p.m.
• Age-group and special awards presentation: 7:30–9:00 p.m.
• Dancing: 9:00–10:00 p.m.

Ticket Information

Nominees for NYRR Club Night individual awards will be announced later this month and individuals will be notified by email. General admission balcony seats and reserved full and half-tables are now on sale. Please note that tickets have sold out prior to the event for the past several years, and tickets will likely not be available for purchase on the night of the event.

There are three ticket options for the event; all tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Reserved table of 10: This reserves one full table for 10 people on the main floor of the Grand Ballroom. Table locations will be reserved based on when tables are purchased. If your group requires more than one table and you would like your tables to be located near one another, we suggest purchasing the tables as separate transactions one after another.
• Reserved half-table of 5: This reserves one half table for 5 people on the main floor of the Grand Ballroom. You will share your table with another group of 5 people. Table locations will be reserved based on when the tables were purchased. If your group requires more than one table and you would like your tables to be located near one another, we suggest purchasing the tables as separate transactions one after another.
• General admission balcony seat: This ticket guarantees one seat in the balcony of the Grand Ballroom. These seats are first-come, first-served. Guests who have purchased a general admission balcony seat may use the cocktail tables (no seating) located in the rear of the main floor throughout the event, but will be permitted to sit only in the balcony. The balcony can be accessed by stairs or elevator.

Each nominee will receive a promo code via email to claim one complimentary general admission balcony seat. If a nominee would like to sit at a reserved table on the main floor of the ballroom, he or she must purchase a full or half-table or be listed as a guest for a full or half-table that someone else has purchased.

All ticket holders may visit the food & beverage stations on the main floor as well as the locations in the balcony. After the awards ceremony, all guests are invited to the main floor for dancing.
