Back for the third year, the NYRR Manhattan 7 Mile will now take place in February.
With a unique course in Central Park, the NYRR Manhattan 7 Mile is a perfect race for runners who are looking to test their fitness ahead of the United Airlines NYC Half in March. Likewise, for those who will #ResolveToRun in the New Year, signing up for the Manhattan 7 can help keep you on track with your winter running goals.
Four Out of Six
Eligibility for entry to the 2021 United Airlines NYC Half will be guaranteed for NYRR members who have an active membership by the last qualifying event of the 2020 NYRR Five-Borough Series, and who run four of the following six events in 2020:
- NYRR Manhattan 7 Mile
- United Airlines NYC Half
- Popular® Brooklyn Half
- NYRR Queens 10K
- New Balance Bronx 10 Mile
- NYRR Staten Island Half

Live unofficial results are available during the race at liveresults.nyrr.org. Features include leaderboards, map tracking, and an individual runner search that can be shared on Twitter. Tell your friends and family to follow your progress, and get unofficial results right after the race!

Numbers (which include your timing tag) and souvenirs may be picked up at the NYRR RUNCENTER at 320 West 57th Street (between Eighth and Ninth avenues) on the following dates:
- Sunday, February 2, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Monday, February 3, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, February 4, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, February 5, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, February 6, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Friday, February 7, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Saturday, February 8, 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Show the QR code from your race confirmation email or your NYRR account to pick up your race materials. Please pick up during the week to avoid crowds on race day. Race-day lines may impact your ability to get to the start on time. Souvenirs are subject to availability; please note that souvenirs may not be available at race-day pickup.
If you're unable to pick up your race materials, a friend or family member can pick up for you; the person will need your QR code (printed or digitally). This policy is in effect only for our weekly races, and not for the TCS New York City Marathon.
On race day, number pickup and bag check will be available at Race-Day Central in Central Park. Number pickup will be available from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m., and bag check (located on Center Road) will be open from 6:30 to 11:00 a.m. Please be sure to allow yourself enough time to get from Race-Day Central to the start.
The course is one counter-clockwise lap of Central Park’s six-mile loop, plus one mile on the lower loop of the park. The race starts on West Drive near 63rd Street and finishes on the 72nd Street Transverse near Bethesda Terrace.
