Q&A with Ted
¿Qué programa entrenas?
Group Training
¿Cómo describirías tu estilo de entrenamiento?
Serious about making runners put in the work, while also making sure the mood isn't too serious.
¿Cuál es el momento como entrenadora del que te sientes más orgullosa?
Helping an individual who had reconstructive ankle surgery complete multiple sub-2-hour half marathons.
¿Cuál es tu entrenamiento favorito de enseñar y por qué?
I enjoy ladder workouts because they can humble even the most seasoned runners. I don't think I've ever coached someone through a ladder workout where they weren't huffing, puffing, and truly working for it. It's one of those workouts where once you're done you feel really accomplished.
¿Cuántos años llevas entrenando?
Más de 5 años

• RRCA Level II Certification
• Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star Finisher
¿Cuál es tu lugar favorito para correr en la ciudad de Nueva York?
I love the West Village. There's something about the narrow streets and low buildings that really makes one get lost (because they decided to turn the entire neighborhood on an angle) but that also makes it feel fresh every time I run there.
¿Cuál es tu carrera favorita de NYRR?
United Airlines NYC Half
¿Cuál es tu lema personal para correr?
You get what you put in.
