NYRR is committed to helping you become a runner for life. Our Youth and Community Services programs help people of all ages and abilities lead healthier, more active lives.
Through our school-based programs, Mighty Milers and Young Runners, we reach more than 100,000 children each year, encouraging them to get moving, set goals, and develop healthy habits like daily exercise. Parents credit our programs with helping kids become more confident and capable; coaches value the emphasis on teamwork and healthy competition; and educators love the way fitness helps students perform better in school. And kids? They just love to go fast.
