Micah is passionate about helping others achieve their running goals and feel their best. He has coached runners of all ages and experience levels in training for races from 5km to the marathon. He has an extensive background in strength and conditioning for a variety of sports. His coaching philosophy centers around a growth mindset and believing in your potential. When he isn't running or coaching running, Micah loves to read, cook and spend time with family.
He works as a Health Educator encouraging kids to eat healthy and be physical activity. He has completed two half marathons and four marathons with a PR of 2:59:48.
