Craig Astreicher has been running for over 15 years. He initially ran as a way to lose weight and develop a healthy lifestyle. Now he has developed a passion for running and wants to help others as a coach. Craig really enjoys the sense of camaraderie and support that the running community provides to all. Craig ran the 2012 NYC Half as his first race and has participated in many races since then. He started Group Training in July 2017 as a trainee to help improve his running ability. Craig enjoys the internal competitive nature that sport provides to all of us. He believes that we get a sense of accomplishment when we push ourselves to a personal best.
