Abs Arms Ass
NYP’s signature circuit-training course designed to sculpt your body and strengthen your core. AAA is 55 minutes of deep strength training and core conditioning that targets muscle crucial to strong running—glutes, hip flexors, biceps, and triceps. Expect lots of lunges, planks, abs, squats, curls and presses. End each class with juicy muscle releasing dynamic stretches and leg circles.
Core Cult Jump
NYP’s signature cardio class that keeps you moving. Sculpt your core and your shape. This is 50 minutes of non-stop movement and motion designed to make your whole body shake. You’ll jump and glide through 50 minutes of low impact cardio that is like no other experience at any other studio. Move to the beat in the small group training environment.
50 minutes of pilates designed to fatigue and keep the body at its breaking point. If you like to do pilates but want to turn it up to 11, then this is your class. Lunge, plank, curl, hold, pump, pulse, plank, repeat. Great for cross training days when you really want your ass kicked!
NYP’s most technical advanced pilates class designed for pros looking to flex their movement and get real crae. This 55-minute class will have you balancing, stretching, sculpting, and toning your body with advanced movements and flows.
