Girls, join Rising New York Road Runners at the NYRR New York Mini 10K for this all-female 1.2-mile race! Open to Stage 2 and 3 participants (ages 8-18), girls will have the opportunity to run on part of the Mini 10K course and through Central Park to the finish on 72nd Street.
Note: This event will be untimed.

Kids Can Visit the Intrepid Museum for Free
On event days, your child’s Rising New York Road Runners bib will get them free admission to the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, with the purchase of a full-priced adult ticket. Just present your race bib at the Intrepid’s box office to receive this offer.
Numbers may be picked up at the NYRR RUNCENTER at 320 West 57th Street (between Eighth and Ninth avenues) on the following dates:
- Sunday, June 2, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Monday, June 3, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 4, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 5, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, June 6, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Friday, June 7, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Show the QR code from your confirmation email or your NYRR account to pick up your materials. Please pick up during the week to avoid crowds on event day. Numbers will be available on event day from 6:15 to 7:00 a.m. Event-day lines may impact your ability to get to the start on time.
New Balance headbands, the souvenir for this event, will be available for pickup on race day only at Number Pickup and are subject to availability.
Runners will start on Central Park West near 62nd Street and head north, entering Central Park at 77th Street. Once inside the park, the course follows West Drive south to the 72nd Street Transverse, where runners will turn left toward the finish line.
