Ten Miles of Fun in the Bronx

The NYRR 5-Borough Series: Bronx 10-Mile is the fourth race in the NYRR 5-Borough Series and offers runners a tour of the city's northernmost borough. While the Bronx is best known as the home of hip-hop and the New York Yankees, local runners in today's race were quick to point out why their home turf should not be overlooked.

A Record-Setting Morning

In the borough known as the Boogie Down, 6,555 runners were moving and grooving on Sunday morning at the NYRR 5-Borough Series: Bronx 10-Mile. Now in it second year, the race takes runners on a picturesque tour up the Grand Concourse, around Bedford Park, along the Mosholu Parkway, and back again.
