The Summer Running Series is back! Starting in July, join NYRR for free weekly runs through New York City parks. Open to kids in elementary through high school and their families, this seven-week summer running program teaches the basics of running through fun warmups, fitness activities, games, and group runs. No previous running experience is needed. NYRR's trained staff leads groups of all fitness levels and abilities.
