A fully customized day-by-day training program that adapts to your changing lifestyle. You can move your long run and day off each week, enter times from races you run, and your plan will automatically adjust. You'll feel like a coach is with you, guiding every step you take toward the start line.

You'll get everything described above, plus your own personal NYRR coach. Your coach will review your training plan with you, and you'll have direct email access to your coach. All your training questions will be answered, and you will receive one-on-one attention to motivate and guide you through your entire United Airlines NYC Half Marathon experience.

All of the above, plus three long training runs in Central Park with the NYRR coaching staff. Runners will meet in Central Park before beginning runs in specific pace groups. Long runs will take place on the following Saturdays (Jan. 16, Feb. 6, Feb. 27) at 8:00 a.m.
I used the NYRR Official Training Program to train for the NYC Half. The training plan was customized specifically to my training experiences, preferences, and paces and provided great tips and advice for training and running the race. Any training questions I had were always promptly answered by my ecoach. The training plan kept me motivated to train through the cold January and February days. The training plan helped me to achieve a half-marathon PR. I'm hoping to PR again this year with the help of the trianing plan.
