    • The Men’s Elite Mile features Andy Baddeley, the defending Fifth Avenue Mile Champion.
    • In the Men’s 400 Meter Run, a showdown where thousands of a second determine the outcome.
    • The Women’s Elite Mile features Erin Donohue, winner of the Emerald Nuts Midnight Run.
    • The Varsity Boys 800 Meter Relay is a showdown between rivals Sheepshead Bay, Medgar Evers, and Mount St. Michael. Hold that baton!
    • The Varsity Girls Mile gives Roslyn’s Emily Lapari a chance for glory and a U.S. best time.
    • In the Varsity Boys Mile if you miss the move on the bell lap, better luck next year.
  • The RCN High Speed Performance looks at the great champions in the New York City Triathlon. The first one to cross the finish line in 2001, Hunter Kemper, America’s top Olympian.
  • The ING New York City Marathon is a five borough adventure, but once across the finish line the celebration can begin…and last a lifetime, an Asics Great Marathon Moment.
  •  Looks like it’s going to be a busy racing season as a record crowd answers the starting gun in the Manhattan Half-Marathon presented by Continental Airlines. And regarding record crowds, a look back at the three largest races of 2009: The ING New York City Marathon; the NYC Half- Marathon; and the Brooklyn Half-Marathon.
