NYC Half Marathon - Team for Kids

Team for Kids—adult runners who raise money for NYRR Youth Programs for schoolchildren—displayed their lime-green pride all over the course of the 2010 NYC Half-Marathon. Despite months of hard training and fund-raising and an early-morning race start, it was tough to spot a TFK runner who wasn’t flashing a smile. Congratulations to TFK runners for raising more than $150,000 for youth running and character-building programs!

Powered by endorphins, these runners goofed around in the charity row area after the hard work was done.
The West Side waterfront provided an ideal place to keep warm in the sun while stretching.
No matter how many medals a runner may amass over the years, each one symbolizes a great accomplishment.
