NYRR’s annual race calendar offers many opportunities to run the popular half-marathon distance. To aid you in your efforts, we’ve assembled a panel of experts to share their experience provide training tips and guidance. Come hear what our panel has to say!

 

Topics will include:

 

  • Are you ready for your first half-marathon?
  • What should you do to start training?
  • How should you train and prepare yourself for this challenge?
  • How many tune-up races should you do before your goal half-marathon?
  • What should you eat in training and on race day?
