All runners have or will experience shin pain at some point in their careers. Whether you have or afraid you will get shin splints, stress syndromes or fractures, muscle strains and tears, compartment syndromes, it is important to recognize and understand the causes and treatments. Come to this clinic with your running shoes and orthotics (if you have them) to learn causes, prevention and treatment plans to keep you running with minimal layoff time! At the end of the clinic each individual will have a brief biomechanical analysis of their own footstrike.
