Her innovative and personalized training programs for groups and private clients combine a keen understanding of both the sport of running and the principles of health and fitness.

• Training for your first marathon
• Long training runs
• Improving marathon times
• Meeting your marathon training nutrition needs
• What to eat and drink before, during, and after your long training runs

Garmin™ representatives will be on-site to talk about training products. ING DIRECT will also be on-site with giveaways, and to talk about the ING Run for Something Better program, which helps fund running and fitness education programs in schools.
