All runners have or will experience knee, ankle or foot pain at some point in their careers. Come to this clinic with your running shoes and orthotics (if you have them) to learn causes, prevention and treatment plans to keep you running with minimal layoff time! At the end of the clinic each individual will have a brief biomechanical analysis of their own footstrike.
