Classes
New York Road Runners has a variety of offerings
to keep you fit throughout the year. Leaders in their fields
designed our four- to 10-week classes to help you meet your
fitness goals. There is an appropriate level class for everyone
from non-runners to elite racers. These classes are also great
ways to meet new training partners. All are taught in group
settings by experts at Manhattan venues.
All classes are open to NYRR
members and non-members alike. Members are entitled to
reduced fees (approximately 10% off). Advance registration
is required unless otherwise specified.
