NYRR Running Classes
2010 Dates and Times
Class sessions are 10 weeks each on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting on the dates and at the times listed below. Select a specific level and day (Tuesday, Thursday, or both) when preregistering. You may only attend the nights for which you register. Please note that there is generally more space in the Thursday class.
Class 159 • January 5th and/or January 7th
Class 160 • March 16 and/or March 18th
Class 161 • May 25 and/or May 27
Class 162 • August 3 and/or August 5
Class 163 • October 12 and/or October 14
Beginner and Basic Intermediate: 6:15 p.m.
Intermediate and Advanced Intermediate: 6:30 p.m.
Basic Competitive through Super advanced Competitive: 6:45 p.m.
Structure
Classes meet in all weather conditions for approximately 75-90 minutes and provide a complete workout, including stretching exercises and running. All classes are sorted into groups according to ability level. Please run with the appropriate group. You will be asked to switch groups if you are too fast or need to improve speed. Students are expected to follow all safety and administrative guidelines established by program directors. Participants must be at least 18 years old, unless permission is granted in advance by Bob Glover. No guests or trial classes.

Location
Classes meet at P.S. 6, located on East 81st Street between Park and Madison Avenues, and then go outdoors for workouts (usually in nearby Central Park). Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and close at 8:30 p.m. Please enter using the middle door on East 81st Street.
What to Wear/What to Bring
Come dressed to run. There is limited space in restrooms for changing. Clothing and valuables may be stored in a monitored area. No headphones or strollers.
Fees
The fee is for a 10 week session, one class per week:
NYRR Members $105
Non-Members $125
The fee is for a 10 week session, two classes per week:
NYRR Members $180
Non-Members $250
$15 late fee applied starting on Monday of the week prior to the start of each session which is eight days prior to the first Tuesday class and ten days prior to the first Thursday class.
There is a $5 discount per session if registering for two or more sessions at once.
