NYRR Runners Boot Camp (formerly titled Agility and Endurance)


In case of rain Runners Boot Camp will be cancelled. A class will be added at the end of the session to make up for cancellations.


2008 Dates and Times
Class sessions are eight weeks, meeting on Thursdays at 6:30-7:15 a.m. for 45 minutes, beginning

 

  • April 17
  • July 10
  • September 11

 

Location
Classes meet at 98th Street and Fifth Ave.

 

Structure
Each 45-minute class includes bodyweight/dynamic warm-up exercises, agility drills, speed interval drills, and plyometric drills. Class size is limited to 25 participants. Students must attend the first class of the session.

 

What to Wear/What to Bring
Please come dressed to work out. Limited storage facilities are available. You should also have:

    • comfortable cloths
    • running shoes
    • large towel
    • water
