NYRR Runners Boot Camp (formerly titled Agility and Endurance)
In case of rain Runners Boot Camp will be cancelled. A class will be added at the end of the session to make up for cancellations.
What Is Runners Boot Camp?
Runners Boot Camp is an early morning class that offers instruction and practice in using power with quickness, lightness, and ease of movement. The benefits include better running mechanics, greater speed, improved interval/anaerobic capacity, and enhanced overall function strength. Participants should have a minimum of six months of running experience.

Program Director
Melenie Small is a graduate of the Swedish Massage Institute, and Stott Pilates Certified Instructor, a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a USA Weightlifting coach, and a certified Pilates instructor. She also teaches NYRR Pilates+ for Runners (formerly tilted IM=X Pilates).
