NYRR Running Classes
What Are Running Classes?
Running classes are group workouts designed to help you run farther and faster. Our program includes classes at eight different ability levels, from beginner to super-advanced competitive running, ensuring that you’ll find the right fit. Over the course of a 10-week session, you’ll do a variety of coached workouts, enjoying the fellowship and safety of group running. Depending on your level, classes include steady-paced runs, speed training, intervals, hills, fartlek, and tempo runs.
