Dates and Times
• Fall 2006: Sundays, September 10, 17, and 24; October 8, 22, and 29Registration for Fall session is now open.

• Spring 2007: City Sports Spring Session starts in March
• Time: 2:00-4:30 p.m.
Program Ages and Structure
Boys and girls born between 1992 and 2000 are eligible to participate. Spectators may view the program from the balcony. No adults or non-participating children are allowed onto the main track floor.

by The
New Balance Track and Field Center at the Armory, 168th
Street at Fort Washington Avenue, Washington Heights, Manhattan.
By Car: Henry Hudson Parkway to exit 15 to Riverside
Drive south; left on 165th Street; one block up hill (parking
garage on right); left on Fort Washington Avenue. Street parking
generally best on Riverside Drive.
By Subway: A, 1, or 9 to 168th Street; walk one block
west to Fort Washington Avenue.
New Balance Track and Field Center at the Armory"The World's Fastest Track"
The Armory, one of the finest indoor facilities in the country, has been the site of many state, national, and world record-breaking performances. City Sports for Kids uses its 200-meter banked oval track and eight-lane straightaway for running, relays, sprints, and hurdles. Other features of the facility used by the program include sand long-jump pits and a shot-put cage.
The Armory is the mecca for high school and college track in the New York City area. Thousands of youth participate in the various invitational and championship meets held on its state-of-the-art trackincluding the national high school championships. The National Track and Field Hall of Fame at the Armory opened in 2004.
Fees
$40 per six-class session (non-refundable and non-transferable). Contact the program directors for scholarship information or to make a donation in excess of program fee.
