Prize Money

New York Road Runners offers nearly $800,000 in member and open prize money annually. To qualify for member prize money and time bonuses, an individual must be a member of NYRR for at least three months prior to the race date. There is no membership requirement for open prize money and bonuses. Unless otherwise noted, runners with multiple eligibility for open, NYRR member, masters, and 50+ Age Graded categories will be awarded the highest prize money amount only. Athletes who have served a doping suspension of two months or longer are not eligible to receive prize or bonus money in NYRR races.

Cumulative with Open Division; members must meet certain eligibility requirements.

6th - $150
7th - $100
8th - $50

*To be eligible for any NYRR member awards, an athlete must be a member in good standing of NYRR since December 21, 2009.
