Update: Please be aware that due to an earlier event in Central Park the start times for the FITNESS Mind, Body + Spirit Games have moved back one hour. The new start times are as follows:
- Men's Race: 9:00 a.m.
- Women's Race: 10:00 a.m.

All runners, walkers, and supporters of the event are welcome to visit the FITNESS® Magazine Mind, Body + Spirit Lounge located on Center Road before and after the event for free samples, classes and demonstrations, exciting giveaways, free gift bags, and more!
Course
All courses are subject to change. Check back here the day before the race for final confirmation.
Both races start on East Drive near E. 68th Street. Head north on East Drive to 102nd St Transverse, turn West/Left West across transverse. Continue South/Left on West Drive to finish at West 69th Street.
Number Pickup /Registration
Numbers, scoring chips, and souvenir t-shirts may be picked up at New York Road Runners, 9 East 89th Street, on:
• Thursday, September 9, 1:00-7:00 p.m.
• Friday, September 10, 1:00-7:00 p.m.
On race day, Saturday, September 11, number pickup/registration will be in
Central Park at the registration tent from 7:45 to 8:45 a.m. for the men's race and 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. for the women's race.
Race number distribution for the Kids' Races will close promptly at 10:45 a.m.
Post- Race
Pick up your free gift bag after the race at the gift bag tent on Center Road (while supplies last), and join us for the awards ceremony. [Awards breakdown]

Kids' Races
NYRR takes the safety of the participants in kids' races very seriously. Therefore, we have instituted guidelines to ensure a great experience for kids and parents alike. We encourage parents to read these guidelines before the kids' races. [Read the Guidelines]
Participant Photos

race number is clearly visible on the front of your shirt so you can be

Baggage Facilities
Free baggage facilities will be provided as a convenience. If you are planning to use this baggage service, bring an inexpensive bag and leave your valuables at home. New York Road Runners is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Lost and Found
The Lost and Found is located in the volunteer tent on race day. Items can also be turned-in or claimed at NYRR's front desk on the next business day following the race.
Rules of Competition
All NYRR races are organized and directed under USA Track & Field rules and regulations. Entrants must also comply with City of New York, Parks & Recreation and NYRR rules. Failure to do so may result in offenders being disqualified and possibly banned from NYRR events, including the ING New York City Marathon. [Click here for rules.]
