Join WABC-TV and 77 WABC in Central Park to honor all dads at this truly special annual event featuring a co-ed 5-mile race and fun kids races. Participants can help raise money and awareness in the fight against prostate cancer by forming a fund-raising team. Awards and special recognition will be given to prostate cancer survivors.
Course
All courses are subject to change. Check back here the day before the race for final confirmation.
Start on Central Park's West Drive at 69th Street, north of Tavern on the Green. Head north to the 102nd Street Transverse. Turn right/east across the transverse, then right/south onto East Drive. Continue around the lower end of the park to the finish on West Drive adjacent to Tavern on the Green.

How to Fundraise
Please join together with WABC and NYRR and raise money to support the American Cancer Society’s programs in cancer research, education, advocacy, and service right in our community! And, this year you will be rewarded for your fundraising. Starting with donations of $100 you can receive WABC merchandise, tickets to Regis & Kelly and even the opportunity to name a water stop along the course.

Number Pickup/Registration
Entrants are required to pick up their numbers, scoring chips, and race souvenirs at New York Road Runners (9 East 89th Street) on:
• Thursday, June 14, 1:00-7:00 p.m.
• Friday, June 15, 1:00-7:00 p.m.
• Saturday, June 16, 11:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
On race day, Sunday, June 17, participants may pick up their numbers,
t-shirts, and chips at the registration tent in Central Park across from
Tavern on the Green (near West 67th Street) from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. Numbers,
t-shirts, and chips will not be available at New York Road Runners. Registration
for the kids races will be open from 8:15 to 9:45 a.m.
Please note that the quantity of race souvenirs is limited and will be distributed on a first come, first serve.
Post-Race
Please join us after the race for the awards ceremony. Awards will be given in all NYRR age categories, and cash prizes will be awarded to the top male NYRR members. Stay for the raffle drawing with some amazing prizes (must be present to win). [Awards breakdown]
Participant Photography

Rules of Competition
All NYRR races are organized and directed under USA Track & Field rules and regulations. Entrants must also comply with City of New York, Parks & Recreation and NYRR rules. Failure to do so may result in offenders being disqualified and possibly banned from NYRR events, including the ING New York City Marathon. [Click here for rules.]
