Spend Mother’s Day morning with family and friends and thousands of caring New Yorkers at the third annual New York Junior League Mother’s Day Race, A Race to Erase Domestic Violence.

4M: Start on Central Park's East Drive near 69th Street. Head north on East Drive and continue to the 102nd Street Transverse. Turn left/west across the transverse and then left/south on West Drive. Continue south to the 72nd Street Transverse, turning left/east to the finish line. Click here to view the 4-mile map.
10M: Start on Central Park's East Drive near 69th Street. Head north on East Drive and continue to the 102nd Street Transverse. Turn left/west across the transverse and then left/south on West Drive and continue around the southern end of the park onto the East Drive. Continue north on the East Drive to the northern end of the park. Continue around the northern end onto the West Drive. Number Pickup /Registration
Entrants are required to pick up their numbers, scoring chips, and race souvenirs at New York Road Runners (9 East 89th Street) on:
• Thursday, May 10, 1:00-7:00 p.m.
• Friday, May 11, 1:00-7:00 p.m.
• Saturday, May 12, 11:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
On race day, Sunday, May 13, entrants may pick up their materials in Central Park at the Bandshell 90 minutes before the start of the race. Goody bags are available in limited quantities on a first come, first serve basis.

Post Race
Please join us after the race at the Domestic Violence Awareness Pavilion at the Central Park Bandshell for the awards ceremonies and keynote speakers. Awards will be given in all applicable age categories.

Rules of Competition
All NYRR races are organized and directed under USA Track & Field rules and regulations. Entrants must also comply with City of New York, Parks & Recreation and NYRR rules. Failure to do so may result in offenders being disqualified and possibly banned from NYRR events, including the ING New York City Marathon. [Click here for rules.]
