This event is part of our 9+1 program for 2016, so complete the race, or volunteer, and you'll get credit in this calendar year toward the 2017 TCS New York City Marathon.
Kick off the New Year at the Midnight Run! Join the fun and celebrate with music and dancing (starting at 10:00 p.m.) as 2016 comes to a close. With a countdown to midnight beginning at 11:59 p.m., the four-mile unscored run will begin on the stroke of midnight, as will a spectacular fireworks display to light up the night and the start of 2017.

Numbers and souvenirs may be picked up at the NYRR Running Annex at 322 Columbus Avenue (between West 75th and West 76th streets) on:
Show the QR code from your race confirmation email or your My NYRR account to pick up your race materials. Please pick up early in the week.
Please note: Number pickup will not be available at the event on race day. Runners must pick up their numbers from the NYRR Running Annex before 10:30 p.m. on race day.
If you're unable to pick up your race materials, a friend or family member can pick up for you; the person will need your QR code (printed or digitally).
Details about pre-race and post-race activities will be available soon.
Awards will be available to the top three men and women overall.

To be eligible for NYRR member prize money, participants must have an active NYRR membership for three months prior to race day.
Athletes who have been suspended for doping by a governing body are not eligible to participate in, and should not apply for entry in, NYRR races. Extenuating circumstances may be reviewed by the NYRR Race Director.
