With Central Park in full bloom under gorgeous blue skies, runners laced up their shoes early Sunday morning for the Run As One 4-mile race. Dereje Hailegiorgis, 35, was the overall winner, breaking the tape in 20:23. Patrick Ward took second in 20:36, and Alejandro Ariza was third in 20:50.
