Fitness for the Whole Family

The FITNESS Mind, Body, Spirit Games have been a New York Road Runners tradition for the last 11 years, and they’re much more than a pair of four-mile jaunts around Central Park. The day is a family-friendly celebration of all things healthy, complete with kids’ races for ages 2–12 and a festival featuring giveaways, gift bags, live music, and of course, fitness.
