Down to The Wire!

November 01, 2013 by Coach Gail Kislevitz

It’s down to the wire. One day to go! I hope you are chilling, relaxing, and staying off your feet. I know your nerves are frayed. But just focus on the prize and you will be fine.

You have put five months of blood, sweat, and tears into this dream, which is about to become a reality. On Sunday morning don’t think of the marathon as 26.2 miles, but as your victory lap!

All your coaches and TFK staff wish you the best run of your life. If you are a first-timer, just enjoy the show and become the rock star that you are! For veteran marathoners – and especially if this is your first ING New York City Marathon - you will soon realize why this marathon is considered to be the best in the world.

To everyone, you are all extraordinary and we are so fortunate you chose our TFK family for your marathon journey.
Now get some sleep and we will see you at the start!
