Open to all seniors, these free guided group walks take place in Brooklyn’s Wayside Tompkins Park Senior Center. All fitness levels are welcome. There is no pre-registration and NYRR membership is not required. Sessions include an active warm-up, walking, chair exercises and other fun fitness activities. Fitness evaluations will be conducted on a quarterly basis. Dress comfortably. Sessions are one hour long.
Walks take place Thursdays at 10:30am.
