Open to all seniors, these free guided group walks in Brooklyn welcome people of all fitness levels. There is no pre-registration, and NYRR membership is not required. Sessions include a warm-up, stretching, fitness activities, and a cool down. Dress comfortably in weather-appropriate shoes and clothing. Sessions last one hour and a half.
