Kick yourself into gear with free cardio kickboxing classes!
Designed to burn calories and tone the body, these classes include zero contact. A certified instructor will guide you through the workout so you have a safe and fun experience. All ability levels are welcome.
Arrive at 9:30am for a special NYRR warmup. Our instructors will make sure you’re loosened up and ready to go before class. Classes take place Saturdays at 10:00am.
