Senior Walk / HCZ, Harlem Armory

Open to all seniors, these free guided group walks take place in the Harlem Children’s Zone. All fitness levels are welcome. There is no pre-registration, and NYRR membership is not required. Sessions include a warm-up, stretching, activities and a cool down. Dress comfortably. Sessions are one hour long.

Be ready to learn, laugh, make friends and get fit!

Walks take place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30am.
