Senior Walk / Central Park, Engineer's Gate

Open to all men and women ages 55 and up, these free guided group walks take place in beautiful Central Park East. All fitness levels are welcome. There is no pre-registration, and NYRR membership is not required. Sessions include a warm-up, stretching, activities, and a cool down. Dress comfortably in weather-appropriate shoes and clothing. Sessions are one hour long.

Be ready to learn, laugh, make friends and get fit!

Walks take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00am. Groups meet at the NYRR Information Kiosk.
