Come one, come all. Everyone is welcome, no matter the age or fitness level. Bring friends, family, and the kids. For no cost, a certified NYRR instructor guides groups on pleasant walks around Central Harlem. Sessions include a warm-up, stretching, activities, and a cool down. Dress comfortably in weather-appropriate shoes and clothing. Sessions last one hour and a half.
Be ready to learn, laugh, make friends and get fit!
Walks take place Mondays at 9:30am.
