Open to all seniors, these free guided group walks in Brooklyn welcome people of all fitness levels. There is no pre-registration, and NYRR membership is not required. Sessions include a warm-up, stretching, activities and a cool down. Dress comfortably in weather-appropriate shoes and clothing. Sessions last one hour and a half.
Be ready to learn, laugh, make friends and get fit!
Walks take place Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:00am. Stay after to browse healthy food options at the Farmer’s Market.
