NYRR is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be instrumental in the success of various initiatives at NYRR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, professional development / training, and employee relations.
The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing generalist HR support on a managerial level across all departments. Responsibilities include management of talent acquisition and talent management initiatives such as liaising with managers and employees to establish individual career paths. In addition, the Senior Human Resources Generalist will be active with employee relations, performance management, compensation planning, onboarding and retention.
The Senior Human Resources Generalist will report to the VP of Human Resources and work closely with others in the HR department as well as collaborate with all teams within the organization. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact in a unique non-profit, events-based company.
