New York Road Runners’ Relay Rotation Graduate Program is a fantastic opportunity for sports-management graduates. You will gain an excellent start to your career as a professional in the competitive sports business. After college graduation, the program begins July 2014 with training in three exciting departments of NYRR over the course of one year, in areas such as Event Development & Production, Brand Marketing & Communications, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, or Youth & Community Services. At the completion of the program, you may apply for available full-time positions in the organization.
Relay Rotation Graduate trainees are provided with the tools needed to succeed. You will be trained under the guidance of skilled managers on critical teams within NYRR, gaining valuable business experience while contributing to the goals of various departments. Support for your career growth will be provided by your managers and the human resources team. Goals will be discussed and regular feedback sessions will occur during the year, as well as a final evaluation completed by both you and NYRR. You will receive onboarding and training to learn about NYRR and gain the knowledge needed to best perform in your role.
There are two (2) Relay Rotation Graduate positions. The roles are full-time, salaried positions for one year with full benefits, a collaborative working environment, and many perks. After one year, you may apply for other positions at NYRR.
