New York Road Runners is currently looking for a professional full-time administrative coordinator to work in our Executive Department helping with general office responsibilities. Candidates should be available to work general business hours and evenings when necessary. Training will be provided for specific responsibilities; however, strong computer, organizational and customer service skills are a must. Familiarity with New York City’s running community is a plus. Experience planning and booking international travel is a plus. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and as a member of a team. Strong communication skills are necessary, both oral and written.
The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Executive Office and assist on a variety of projects.
This is a great entry level job with lots of exposure for someone willing to learn the ropes. Base salary + OT.
